Cancellation Policy
Private Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking a Private Tour with Laag Palawan, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment A 20% down payment is required to confirm your booking. The down payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour before departure. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please contact Laag Palawan at least 7 days before your scheduled tour if you need to cancel or reschedule. The 20% down payment remains non-refundable. If you have paid more than the down payment, any additional amount paid may be discussed with Laag Palawan depending on the circumstances. Schedule & Pickup The standard departure time for Private Tours is 9:00 AM. Guests may request an earlier departure time by contacting Laag Palawan in advance. Earlier departures are subject to availability and confirmation. Free pickup and drop-off are available within the El Nido Town Area. Guests staying outside the free pickup area may contact Laag Palawan in advance to ask about available pickup arrangements. Late Arrival If you expect to be late, please contact Laag Palawan as soon as possible. A 1-hour waiting period will generally apply from the scheduled or agreed departure time. We will do our best to make reasonable arrangements depending on the circumstances and availability of the boat and crew. No-Show If a guest does not arrive within the applicable waiting period and does not contact Laag Palawan, the booking may be considered a no-show. The 20% down payment will be retained. Special circumstances may be discussed directly with Laag Palawan. Weather & Safety If Laag Palawan cancels the tour due to unsafe weather conditions, or if the Philippine Coast Guard cancels or prohibits the tour for safety reasons, guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
