Cancellation Policy
Shared Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking a Shared Tour with Laag Palawan, guests agree to the following: Booking & Payment A 20% down payment is required to confirm your booking. The 20% down payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the tour before departure. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact Laag Palawan at least 7 days before your scheduled tour date. The 20% down payment remains non-refundable. If you have paid an amount beyond the down payment, any additional payment may be discussed with Laag Palawan depending on the circumstances. Pickup & Departure The standard pickup period for Shared Tours is generally between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with the standard departure at approximately 9:00 AM. Guests should be ready during the agreed pickup period. Because Shared Tours include other guests, the boat cannot normally wait for an extended period for one guest. A 10-minute waiting period will generally apply after the scheduled departure time. After this period, the boat may depart. If you expect to be late, please contact Laag Palawan as soon as possible. No-Show If a guest does not arrive and does not contact Laag Palawan, the booking may be considered a no-show. The 20% down payment will be retained. Special circumstances may be discussed directly with Laag Palawan. Weather & Safety If Laag Palawan cancels the tour due to unsafe weather conditions, or if the Philippine Coast Guard cancels or prohibits the tour for safety reasons, guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
