Cancellation Policy
1. A 20% down payment is required to confirm your booking. This down payment is non-refundable. 2. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the first tour before boat departure. 3. Cancellations made by the guest will result in forfeiture of the down payment. If the booking is fully paid, the guest will receive an 80% refund. 4. Rebooking is allowed at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date, with a valid reason. 5. Cancellations due to official Coast Guard restrictions or severe weather conditions will be eligible for a 100% refund, including the down payment.
