Booking Policy
💰 20% Non-Refundable Deposit
Required to confirm your booking. Balance is due on tour day before departure.
🔄 Rebooking Allowed
You may request to reschedule your tour at least 7 days before your tour date. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Laag Palawan
❌ Guest Cancellations
The 20% downpayment is non-refundable. Any additional amount paid will be reviewed and discussed with Laag Palawan on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
⛈️ Weather / Coast Guard Cancellation
A 100% Refund of the amount paid will be provided if the tour is cancelled by Laag Palawan due to unsafe weather conditions or by the Philippine Cost Guard for safety reasons.
